At Art-Designvloeren, craftsmanship and quality are of utmost importance. For this reason, we provide a warranty on our products, including both an installation warranty and a material warranty.

Installation Warranty
Our floor installers are highly skilled and experienced in their trade. Thanks to their years of expertise, we guarantee that a Lavastone Poured Floor from Art-Designvloeren will be installed according to the agreed terms and conditions. We typically complete the installation of your poured floor within approximately 4 to 6 working days, depending on the type of subfloor and the floor you have chosen. Our installers apply the floor at a minimum temperature of 18°C. After 48 hours, the floor can be walked on. After 72 hours, the floor is mechanically cured, and after 7 days, it is chemically cured.

To ensure proper adhesion, we ask that the subfloor be delivered clean, dry, and free of grease. Application and curing require an ambient temperature of at least 18°C. The subfloor must be at least 15°C, and the maximum relative humidity should not exceed 80%. All rooms must be wind- and watertight.

Material Warranty
Under normal use, Art-Designvloeren offers a 5-year warranty on each installed floor. For typical residential or commercial use, it is generally sufficient to clean your floor with a Swiffer and/or vacuum cleaner, and to remove stains using a solution of green soap and water.

Cracks caused by extreme movement or (vapor) pressure from the subfloor are not covered by the warranty. Likewise, damage or wear caused by improper use, impact, or incorrect cleaning methods is excluded from our warranty.

If your complaint meets the warranty conditions, we will repair the floor or, if necessary, replace it entirely. With normal use, you can enjoy your Lavastone Poured Floor from Art-Designvloeren for many years to come.
