Term for storing your data

We store the stored data of customers for a period of 7 years after their last order.
The tax authorities require us to store the invoice, payment and order data for a period of 7 years. After that, we only store anonymous data for internal analyses and reports.
We delete inactive portal accounts after 7 years.
