Laying guarantee
Our floor layers are specialists in their field. Thanks to their many years of experience, we guarantee that a Lava Stone Cast Floor from Art-Designvloeren will be installed and laid according to the agreed conditions. We will install your cast floor in approximately 4 to 6 working days, depending on the type of subfloor and the type of floor you choose. The floor layers process the floor at a minimum temperature of 18°C. After 48 hours, the floor can be walked on again. After 72 hours, the floor is mechanically hardened and after 7 days, the floor is chemically hardened.
To guarantee good adhesion, we ask you to deliver the surface clean, dry and free of grease. The application and hardening requires an ambient temperature of at least 18°C. The surface must be at least 15°C and the maximum relative humidity 80%. The rooms must also be wind and waterproof.
Material warranty
With normal use of your floor, Art-Designvloeren gives a 5-year warranty on every installed floor. With normal residential or work use, it is in principle sufficient to wipe your floor with a Swiffer and remove stains with a solution of green soap and water.
Crack formation due to extreme action of the substrate and (vapour) pressure from the substrate is not covered by the warranty. Damage and/or wear and tear as a result of improper use, shocks or incorrect cleaning is also not covered by our warranty.
If your complaint meets the warranty conditions, we will repair the floor or replace it completely if necessary. With normal use, however, you can enjoy your very durable Lava Stone Cast Floor from Art-Designvloeren for a long time.
